Tesla has officially launched its Grok AI assistant in Australia and New Zealand, marking a significant expansion of the technology that initially debuted in North America. According to the release notes for software update 2025.2.6.1, Tesla is rolling out Grok with Navigation Commands to vehicle owners across these regions, enhancing the driving experience with conversational AI.

This latest update transforms Tesla’s navigation system by allowing users to interact with their vehicles using natural, conversational language rather than rigid, pre-programmed voice commands. The move aims to make route and trip planning more intuitive and user-friendly.
