Plans for Australia’s newest theme park precinct have received a substantial boost following a significant $318 million land acquisition by an international developer. Singapore-based Ho Bee Land Ltd has secured a sprawling 181-hectare site in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region, with ambitions to build 1,400 homes. This development is strategically located in Elimbah, just an hour north of Brisbane, and a mere kilometer away from the proposed Infinity Planet theme park, which is slated to open before the 2032 Olympic Games.
The announcement comes as Brisbane’s preparations for the 2032 Olympic Games have spurred a surge in development interest across Queensland’s southeast. Ho Bee Land Ltd, controlled by Singaporean billionaire Chua Thian Poh, is among several developers eyeing Elimbah for projects that promise to transform the area into a global tourist hotspot.

The masterplanned community envisioned by Ho Bee Land Ltd will not only include residential spaces but also schools, green areas, and approximately 25 hectares of commercial spaces. This comprehensive development plan is expected to significantly enhance the region’s infrastructure and appeal.

RHC City chief executive Ramin Ahmadi stated, “Infinity Planet will be Australia’s largest purpose-built integrated entertainment city. We want to present Australia’s culture to the world, and bring the world’s culture to Australia.”
