The chief executive of MA Services Group, a national security company providing thousands of guards to leading retailers, AFL clubs, and major events, is facing allegations of harassment, bullying, and intimidation. Micky Ahuja, who owns the company, has been accused of offering money in exchange for sex to vulnerable female employees.

Among the allegations, Ahuja is said to have propositioned a single mother, referred to as Rachael, who was separating from one of his senior managers. Ahuja allegedly offered her $1000 for sexual favors, persistently messaging her despite her resistance. In one message, he reportedly said, “You’re being stubborn lol.”

Allegations of Misconduct

Another woman, identified as Jennifer, also accused Ahuja of serious sexual harassment. Jennifer, who reported directly to Ahuja, was allegedly offered money for sex and subjected to bullying and intimidation. A former MA executive, linked to the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang, is accused of spreading falsehoods to discredit her.

“How can he close his eyes and sleep at night when he is propositioning a woman with money knowing they are struggling financially and under other pressures?” Jennifer questioned.

Victoria’s workplace health and safety regulator was notified of Ahuja’s alleged misconduct in Jennifer’s case. An internal investigation was conducted, relying solely on information from Ahuja and Tim Jones, a former executive. Jennifer refused to participate in the investigation.

Company’s Response and Legal Proceedings

In response to these allegations, a spokesperson for MA Services stated that a complaint was made to WorkSafe Victoria and the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) regarding breaches of the Sex Discrimination Act. The company claims no unlawful conduct was substantiated, and the AHRC matter was resolved confidentially.

Ahuja has denied all allegations of demanding sex for money or harassing female staff. Jones, who left MA Services in June, did not respond to requests for comment. Court records show that while Jones has no criminal record, his associates in the bikie gang have convictions for violence.

Further Allegations and Employee Experiences

Another employee, Annie, alleged that Ahuja sexually harassed her after a work function. She documented the incident and shared her traumatic experience with friends. Additionally, Carly, another employee, reported feeling intimidated after MA managers visited her home, demanding the return of company property.

“Large men, claiming to represent MA Services, showed up unannounced at my door. The sudden and aggressive visit was humiliating and terrifying,” Carly wrote in an email to Ahuja.

Several women have reportedly left MA Services amid claims of bullying by Ahuja. Meredith, a former employee, described receiving constant messages from Ahuja outside work hours, saying, “He would love bomb you initially, but then he would start to manipulate you.”
