Raquel Bouris, the Australian entrepreneur behind the burgeoning $20 million perfume brand Who Is Elijah, has captured the attention of Hollywood’s elite. Her brand, known for its unique fragrances, is backed by well-known figures such as Liza Koshy and celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, who is a fan of the Rebel Rose scent.
At a recent launch event for Who Is Elijah’s Body Mist collection, Bouris shared exciting news about her brand’s latest achievement. “We just got approval to send our perfume to Hailey and Justin Bieber,” she announced. “Our PR pitched it and they said ‘yes’ straight away. They then sent through fragrance types that they like, so we made four custom fragrances and we’re going to send it to them.”
Celebrity Connections and Strategic Moves
While Bouris is hopeful for a potential collaboration with the Biebers, she remains committed to her creative vision. “I’ll bring the perfumes to life regardless, they’re so beautiful,” she stated. This potential partnership marks a significant milestone for Who Is Elijah, but it is not Bouris’s first brush with celebrity clientele.
Just six months ago, Bouris personally delivered a bottle of her perfume to American model Sofia Richie. “I started posting videos of my journey to LA to drop it off and all the negative Nancys online were like, ‘you’re such a stalker’. But Sofia invited me in for dinner and I hung out with her for over three hours. So for the $4,000 I spent to get there, it was the best $4,000 ever,” she recounted.

I’m currently obsessed with their overnight retinol that you sleep in. It’s one of the two things that I put on my skin that I’m like, ‘wow’.”
