Outside backs Sergeal Petersen and Sihle Njezula come into the Stormers starting line-up for the preparation match against Griquas in Kimberley on Tuesday.
Petersen starts at fullback in place of the injured Tristan Leyds, while Njezula gets an opportunity on the right wing as Edwill van der Merwe drops to the bench.
There are a number of changes on the bench, with props Kwenzo Blose and Lee-Marvin Mazibuko along with loose forward Evan Roos and flyhalf Chris Schreuder all set to make an impact later in the game.
Rito Hlungwani, who takes the coaching reins from John Dobson for the match in Kimberley, said the players must embrace the challenge Griquas will pose.
“Griquas are always highly motivated when they play us and we are looking forward to rising to meet that challenge.
“It has been a good week of preparations and everyone is excited to get to Kimberley and show what we have planned,” he told the Stormers’ official website.
Tuesday’s match kicks off at 16:45.
The Stormers lost their opening preparation series encounter 34-33 to the Cheetahs at Cape Town Stadium last weekend.
