Motorola has officially announced that its much-anticipated smartphones, the Razr 60 and Edge 60 Pro, will be making their debut in Australia on July 10th. Razr 60: A Modern Take on the Classic Flip Phone

The Motorola Razr 60 is set to captivate users with its improved hinge design, now reinforced with titanium to minimize dust ingress. This enhancement ensures durability while maintaining the iconic flip phone aesthetic. The device features a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 3000 nits peak brightness. Additionally, the external 3.6-inch AMOLED display provides quick access to apps without needing to open the phone.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the Razr 60’s 50 MP main sensor equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for clear, blur-free images. It is complemented by a 13 MP ultrawide sensor that doubles as a macro lens, and a 32 MP front-facing camera for high-quality selfies.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset, featuring on-device AI processing. With 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM, expandable through a RAM boost, the Edge 60 Pro is designed for power users. The 6,000mAh battery supports 90W TurboPower charging, although the charger is sold separately.

The Edge 60 Pro will be available in Pantone Shadow and Pantone Sparkling Grape, also priced at $1,199. It will be widely available from July 10th through various retailers, including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, The Good Guys, Mobileciti, Amazon, and Motorola’s official website.
