Gaming hardware maker Logitech has unveiled the Pro X2 Superstrike, a groundbreaking wireless mouse that introduces analogue click sensors and customizable haptic feedback to the competitive gaming market. Priced at A$280, this innovative device marks a significant shift from the traditional microswitch-based designs that have dominated gaming mice for years.
At the heart of the Superstrike is Logitech’s Haptic Inductive Trigger System, or HITS. Unlike conventional designs that use physical microswitches to register clicks, the Superstrike relies on induction-based sensors. Logitech claims this technology reduces click latency by up to 30 milliseconds, a difference that could be crucial for esports players where reaction times are critical.
