The LG Gallery TV is designed to function as both a conventional television and a digital art canvas. It integrates with LG’s Gallery+ service, providing access to over 4,500 pieces of visual content, which are refreshed monthly. This dual-purpose device is part of LG’s lifestyle screen portfolio, aimed at consumers who prioritize interior design and visual harmony in their living spaces.

Art-Style Display and Features

Available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, the Gallery TV boasts a slim profile and a flush-mount design, allowing it to sit closely against the wall. Customizable magnetic frames surround the screen, offering users a choice of looks. While one frame type is included with the television, additional options are available separately, depending on the market.

During development, LG collaborated with museum curators to enhance the Gallery TV’s art display capabilities. The device features a ‘Gallery Mode’ that adjusts color and brightness to mimic the texture of original artworks. A specialized panel reduces glare and reflections, ensuring an art-like viewing experience under various lighting conditions.

Moreover, the Gallery TV automatically adjusts picture settings based on ambient light, modifying the image as room brightness changes throughout the day. Gallery+ Service

The Gallery TV connects directly with LG Gallery+, a content service described as an “interior platform” that transforms television screens into decorative elements. The service offers a library of over 4,500 pieces, including fine art, cinematic imagery, game visuals, and animations, updated monthly.

Gallery+ is available across LG’s television lineup, not just the Gallery TV model. A light version of the service is free on LG TVs, while the full service is subscription-based, billed through webOS Pay. Availability varies by region. Users can also upload personal photographs to display alongside preset content.

Additionally, Gallery+ includes generative AI functions, allowing customers to create original images using AI tools, which can then be used as screen visuals. The service also incorporates audio, with built-in background music tracks and the option to stream playlists via Bluetooth devices.

LG describes Gallery+ as a way for customers to treat the television as a creative center in the home rather than solely as a viewing device.

LG plans to showcase the Gallery TV as part of its full Art TV lineup at CES 2026, demonstrating how its lifestyle screens function as both design-oriented fixtures and conventional entertainment devices.
