Adelaide’s Immersive Light and Art (ILA) has appointed Kaz Archer-Palmer as its new head of marketing and communications. Archer-Palmer brings over 15 years of experience as a senior brand, marketing, and communications strategist, particularly in the arts and education sectors.

Her previous roles include a five-year tenure as head of marketing and distribution at the National Theatre in London, where she spearheaded the marketing efforts for National Theatre Live, a program broadcasting theatre productions to cinemas worldwide. Additionally, she has served as a marketing manager at both the University of South Australia and the newly formed Adelaide University.

Yasmin Allen has retired from her role as a non-executive director at Santos after more than a decade of service. Appointed in 2014, Allen played a pivotal role in guiding the company through significant growth transactions and the development of major carbon capture and storage facilities.

During her tenure, she chaired the people, remuneration, and culture committee and was a member of the audit and risk committee. Beyond Santos, Allen’s leadership extended to roles such as chair of Future Skills Organisation and non-executive director of QBE Insurance.
