Aussie pop sensation Delta Goodrem delivered a spellbinding performance at a $13 million mansion in Queensland over the weekend. The private concert took place at Dune, a stunning designer home in Burleigh Heads, currently featured as the grand prize in Dream Home Art Union’s latest lottery.

The event, hosted by Smooth FM’s Cameron Daddo, saw Goodrem, a twelve-time ARIA award winner, headline the exclusive gathering. “I’ve already bought my tickets,” she enthusiastically shared with the attendees. “The second the Dune team and Dream Home Art Union said I was part of today, I was like ‘oh I’m putting my tickets in, I’m part of this’. This is Delta’s dream home.”

Delta Live at Dune: A Unique Collaboration

Dream Home Art Union teamed up with NOVA Entertainment to present “Delta Live at Dune,” offering listeners from Nova and Smooth the chance to witness the superstar in an intimate setting. Approximately 60 guests filled the luxurious living area of Dune to enjoy Goodrem’s performance, which included hit songs such as “Born to Try” and “Lost Without You.”

Accompanied by her husband, musician and producer Matthew Copley, Goodrem expressed her delight, stating, “It is truly a dream to be here. We are in the living room tonight … my living room tonight.”

The Story Behind Dune

The mansion, Dune, was acquired by Dream Home Art Union in an off-market transaction for $12 million in March, setting a new record for the beachside suburb of Burleigh Heads. The five-bedroom, Moroccan-inspired property features a rooftop pool and was developed by Brisbane-based boutique developer, Graya.

Rob Gray, director of Graya, and his wife Meghan purchased the 531 square meter block on Burleigh Hill for $2.78 million in June 2022. Dune was envisioned as a flagship property to showcase the company’s innovative approach as it expanded into the Gold Coast’s lucrative apartment market.
